The PA Distance Learning Right to Know Policy outlines the proper procedures for ensuring compliance by The PA Distance Learning Charter School with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Act, 65 P.S. § 66.1 et seq, as amended, which allows requesters to inspect and obtain copies of Public Records.
